$20000 provided food, kennel help, medical and veterinary care and transportation for 126 grateful and deserving greyhounds at the closing of the Juarez Greyhound Track in Mexico.  Greyhound Pets of America said they’d be there for these greyhounds at the end of their careers and they kept their word!

Update:
At 10:15 am, June 25, the last greyhound at the track in Juarez Mexico crossed the border home into the United States.  They are now on their way to adoption groups or the NGA kennel in Abilene, KS.  Twenty-nine greyhounds will be housed at the NGA kennel until adoption groups can be found for them.  If you can take any of these hounds into your group please email juarezadoption@greyhoundpets.org   Hounds still available are listed on the available dogs page at the link below.
