CRATE RENTAL AGREEMENT

Adoption Group is very pleased that you have chosen to adopt a greyhound. To insure that your new greyhound has the best possible chance to adjust successfully in your new home, we are lending you a crate to use for the first 10 days. It is critical that you use this crate as your placement representative recommends. You may find that your new greyhound enjoys the security and comfort of the crate; therefore, you may want to invest in your own crate before the rental period is over. If you decide to wean your greyhound out of the crate, do it gradually and with the use of the muzzle that we have also given to you. The crate and the muzzle are both wonderful tools, that when used properly, will allow for a more successful adjustment to your greyhound's new and often challenging life-style.

There is a $50.00 deposit required with the crate rental. This deposit will be refunded to you in full when the crate is returned on time and in good condition. In the event the crate should hecome damaged or destroyed while under your care, you will reimburse Adoption Group the purchase value of the crate, which is $150.00.

THIS CRATE MUST BE RETURNED TO Adoption Group OFFICE WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS. If we have to pick up the crate, or if it is returned late, a portion of your deposit may be withheld. To discuss any problems, please call the Adoption Group office at (xxx) xxx-xxxx.
